From the Ottawa Centre Bylaws: 8.15 DUTIES OF THE EDITOR
The Editor shall be responsible for the publication of the Centre's newsletter and other publications, may appoint other members of the Centre to assist him or her, and shall have such other duties as may be prescribed by the Council.
